Customer ordered parts with promised two-day shipping but experienced week-and-a-half delay with no explanation from multiple CSRs.

Spoke with 3 different CSRs who told me they didn't know why it was not shipped and were not willing to even check further!!

Horrible experience!!! Ordered my parts and received an e-mail that they would be shipped in two business days - a week and half later item still not shipped. Spoke with 3 different CSRs who told me they didn't know why it was not shipped and were not willing to even check further!! Awaiting my refund now.
