Customer's service appointment was not honored; vehicle remained in lot despite 9 a.m. appointment, and customer was told service would not begin until after 1 p.m., forcing customer to arrange alternative transportation.

I think its ridiculous how a week ago i make a service appointment for 9a.m. and i drive by two hours later to see my car still sitting in the lot. I go in then they tell me they wont look at my car til after 1p.m. now i have to get a taxi to pick up my kid from school because this dealership can't honor a simple appointment. I bet if i was late for the appointment they would have told me to reschedule. I am a very pissed off customer.
