Went to the "quick" oil change dept. They dont make appts, but said they open at 7. Arrived at 6:45am with 2 people ahead of me. 9am someone brings my filters and asks if i want them replaced too. NO! Maybe i would have if everyone wasnt working at turtle speed. But i gotta get back to work!! Thats why i went in so early. Will not come back and will refer friends to go somewhere else, since u cant even make an appt and they think almost 3 hours is acceptable for oil change. When they quoted 1&1/2 hrs.
