I just bought a car from this dealer in Rhode Island 26 days ago, I found some problems with the breaks in the first couple days after purchasing the car. I had to take the car back to them to fix the issue, but they did not fix it, they just put some grease on the breaks and I was told" we fix the issue". I took my car and while I was driving back to state where I live, I heard the same noise coming from breaks again, I called them and I told them that nothing was fixed, they gave another appointment, which means I have to drive 3 hours to get there. I took my car for the second time, and of course they did the same thing, just put more grease on the rear breaks. They did not change any part of the breaks even the rear breaks are really bad. The did not even take the car for the test ride to see if the noise gone or not. In my way back home, I realized that the noise is become worst that it was before. I called them and I spoke to the service manger his name Bruce, I explained what is going on and I told him I am not driving the car, because I don't feel safe driving it. He told me that he will call me back to fix the issue, unfortunately he never did. I am not driving the car now, I keep calling them, but as always they never answer phone calls. If they don't care about others safety, I do care about my safety. We are talking about a serious issue, which is the breaks not about something that we can play with. The car still in the 90 days bumper to bumper warranty.
