Key public-record excerpts

Waited about 20 minutes for him to retrieve the vehicle for test ride and viewing. Salesman (Keven) finally returns to tell me the vehicle i was there to see had been transferred to the sate i live in two or three days prior and was apparently sold.
A four hour round trip, nearly 240 miles total, loss of a days work and i receive an apology and $20.00?
What a pathetic manager, man is definitely in the wrong job.

Had contact with the internet sales for over a week as vehicle i wanted was out of state. Worked with them and set up appointment to make the two hour drive. Received confirmation for the next mornings appt. at 10:00 pm the previous evening. Made the trip, introduced to the Used inventory sales manager (Doug) and given a salesman to work with. Waited about 20 minutes for him to retrieve the vehicle for test ride and viewing. Salesman (Keven) finally returns to tell me the vehicle i was there to see had been transferred to the sate i live in two or three days prior and was apparently sold. Their sister dealership near me is a ten minute drive from where i live. After much delay and many apologies from Keven i was offered twenty dollars for gas for the long trip. A four hour round trip, nearly 240 miles total, loss of a days work and i receive an apology and $20.00? More disturbing is that the sales manager Doug stood behind his glass wall from afar to watch poor Keven deliver the news about the vehicle and the $20.00 offer. What a pathetic manager, man is definitely in the wrong job. Thank you to Keven for standing in and owning up for the company. He was the only positive in the experience. Now you would think that this would be bad enough however, later that evening after making the trip home, i receive an email form the internet department thanking me for choosing Tasca and hoping they made my experience a good one??? "" Then a short while later i receive another email alerting me " good news" the price on the vehicle i was interested had been reduced?? I thought it was sold and no longer available some days prior to my appointment?? If could give less stars i would. In closing, Tasca- update your internet staff on responding via email--- Doug - find a new job more fitting to our capabilities, and Keven, hopefully you find a work place that will back you up and support you rather than hang you out to dry. You have what it takes, just the wrong employer.
