i found a car online and went for a test drive. The car was certified pre-owned according to their advertisement. The car had scratches along both sides. I was promised the scratches would be buffed out completely. I was also told it may take a week or two for the title to come in. After two weeks of waiting and a $500 deposit (cashed immediately even though they didn't have the title, yet) I went to inspect the repairs. The car still had scratches all over, not that it mattered because they still didn't have the title. I told them they needed to fix the scratches. They refused to keep the agreement so I asked for my deposit back. The salesman didn't try to resolve the problem at all. I was then told they couldn't write a check for my deposit, I would get it in the mail in a week. I got a follow up email from someone asking if I needed anything else (like they had actually been of service to me.) I replied that I wanted my money back. "I'll let my GM know" was the reply and I haven't heard from them again. I have purchased 3 cars from them previously and that's how they treat a return customer. Horrible service. I will be calling the AG to file a complaint if that check doesn't arrive in the next few days. I do NOT recommend TASCA. You will NOT be satisfied!
