I came here for a lease on a new Mazda3. Despite having to stick to my guns, and luckily being alert to some switches they tried to do, I walked out pleased with my new lease. I understand the business of dealerships, so the one star isn't for the effort I had to put into a fair lease. I am giving one star because I had walked in with a trade. After spending hours to get a lease I liked, I hurriedly tried getting some last minute items from my trade-in. However, I forgot an important item in the middle console, my wedding band. After separating from my ex-wife, I had took my ring off and put it in the middle console of my car, it had sat there for 8 months. I know it's sort of my fault for forgetting such a thing, but I called immediately when I realized what I had forgotten. I was told that items are always found, and put aside for their customers. That they would check for me. I never received a call back from the dealership. Went to get my plates, and my sales person was no longer employed there, so I was unable to ask him myself. The ring value wasn't much, but the sentimental value was. I'm disappointed that someone would take it.
