I came down and bought a 2016 ford on I neile June 1st I before doing paperwork on said day notified the sales person that when I do paperwork I only have 14 days to get everything done from start to finish because I have to have interlock installed in Massachusetts and that's their rules not mine or my insurance gets cancelled and I have to do everything over again! So on that Tuesday I call Kevin tell him just left insurance company please email her everything she needs get the ball rolling.... she emails him back says she needed front and back of the title... never heard back so wed I called asking for someone anyone to do a simple task I kept getting the run around nobody could do it I called many times trying to get an answer then final ly got a girl that said she was going to run down to sales and get someone to do it.... short story didn't get done so I'd been texting Kevin it was his day off wed he said the title girl is in tomorrow morning at term ill talk to her and get that done so Thursday at 5 o'clock he texts me says the girl didn't come in he's going to call over to bank on Friday because he thinks he can get it that way all day didn't hear from him so I had to give my insurance agent the number to try to get this done finally she gets it done friday now its Monday and I'm learning they just dropped all the stuff at rmv today when it should have been last wed Kevin told me when I do paperwork it takes about seven days to get register so if they did everything on time like they were supposed to have I would have had the car by this wed have interlock installed Thursday run down to registry friday I took this week out of work to do all that stuff because it should have been done now if I don't get all this done and to rmv this week like I planned next week i don't have a day off to make it to rmv within that 14 days ... what a joke and its because they sold me the car without having the title!! Oh and let me start day one....i went down to look at the car that said it was there at cranston i get there it's in Johnson so guy tells me and my mom he cab get it he'll be back in about fifteen minutes so we say ok.. he leaves us sitting there for almost an hr before Doug conte's out tells us they had a problem with the axle it wont be ready but it should tomorrow so were leaving parking lot and Kevin runs out to us sry about there wait blah blah he got stuck on highway a truck rolled over with a bobcat backed up highway why it took so long as soon as he got there he should have called and told Doug to tell us not to wait and he makes it all the way back with a rollover sooner then we left so the next day I'm asking him is car ready to look at today keeps saying he doesn't know yet... can you call? So after him dragging his feet all day because I needed to schedule ride with my parents by 3 to see if we could come down at 4 I told him all day I needed to know never gave me straight c answer finally told him well I'm going to Subaru look at cars and if I don't get one maybe if its ready I'll come by then he finally gets on ball says I'm going to get it now come so eventually we did then we get there we come to a verbal agreement and I got three witnesses that'll say we came up to verbally 500 off the car after he talked to Doug ... then after signing a bunch of papers as he slides another one over to me he says I could only do 250 off..... well that wasn't the agreement and that is so disrespectful to do that to someone then a few times after he had to ask Doug a simple question not even about price and he's taking his time I can see him standing there taking his time getting back to us like a stall tactic and that was rude like my time wasn't valuable at all so uncurtious!! That's when I notified him I'd be down Tuesday with payment and that I'd only have the 14 days with the state of mass to get car registered then get interlock installed then after that was done I had to go to registry in person with three three certificates interlock gives you then process done and interlock needs car registered or temp plate to be installed and Kevin said it takes seven days about to get it done so it should have been wed they went to registry to get prices started not following Monday with all crap they put me through because they couldn't Get my insurance company a picture of the title now because of that I'm screwed I'm gonna get my 8000 a year insurance cancelled because I didn't get it done in that 14 window like I told him 100 times and go through everything again and I took this week which was the following week which I should have had it all done by wed off to get it done so I scheduled interlock to get installed Thursday and planned on rmv visit Friday now they just dropped papers off to rmv today which is Monday after i bought car a week later to get process started sold me a car basically they couldn't produce a title till Friday on which should have been done on Tuesday
