Terrible delay in getting the Ford OEM parts I ordered, waited 2 weeks when they said 3-4 days, and sill the order wasn't complete when I had to cut bait. I had to order the rest of the missing parts elsewhere to do my repair job. They don't appear to have anything of their own in stock, it's all sourced from others. And when I asked them to at least ship it express, given how much I paid for shipping $58 for 12 lbs of items, that should easily have been possible to make up for the delay...but nope deaf ears and it went out regular old Fedex to take a week to the west coast. I will NEVER buy from this group again. BEWARE.
