During my recent car buying experience the level of customer service was far below standard. There was misinformation and poor communication. Important items that were discussed during neg were not followed through on when it came time to sign the contract. I was made to feel that I misunderstood although I clearly remember the details. I am very happy with the car itself but I would not return to this dealership again. The features of the car were not even demonstrated to us on the day of purchase! These issues were brought to the attention of the management but the response was that we, as the customer are wrong. That is not the level of customer service I expect when making such a significant purchase.
