Unperformed recall repair, false completion claim

Customer's vehicle sat at dealership for two weeks for a recalled part that was never actually serviced, while dealership falsely claimed repair was completed and tried to charge for rental car.

I was told that my car had a recall, dropped it off and it was there for 2 weeks, was told it was fixed. Talked to my car brands corporate office and was informed that it was not fixed and there is no report of it ever being worked on.

Is there a half star or less?? Joke of a customer service organization. Not one person is on the same page. Please come in and drop your car off... Drop it off and nobody has any idea why my care is there. I have a warranty that I purchased thru them, rental/alternate care is part of it and they try to charge me $$$$ per day. I was told that my car had a a recall, dropped it off and it was there was for 2 weeks, was told it was fixed. Talked to my car brands corporate office and was informed that it was not fixed and there is no report of it ever being worked on. Do not go to any of the dealerships. A shell of what the company used to be.
