***if possible this dealership would receive 0 stars*** DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Go somewhere that WANTS to do business. My family has purchased a lot of Ford trucks for business purposes going back to the 1950s. This dealership is very unprofessional - specifically Mike and Allen. They are elusive and will drag out a deal just to get to the end and pull the plug. They don't return calls or clearly communicate when it comes down to the wire. After submitting everything they ask for and even going as far as ordering the truck body, and fully insuring the truck- only then did they inform our family business that they were not going to honor the deal. And it was all over a $2500 Ford rebate! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. Take your business and money elsewhere. This place doesn't deserve to even stand in the realm of Ford dealerships.
