bait-and-switch discount denial after 90-minute drive

Customer received a quote with discounts at home, drove 90 minutes to Hartford dealership, and was told upon arrival they were ineligible for the advertised discount, resulting in a higher price than originally quoted.

I ask for a quote at home and they apply some discounts and provide a beat offer to the Hartford dealership (I live in CT). When I arrive at store, they told me I am not qualified for that discount and it's the same as the price or even higher for the Hartford dealership. I am so mad. If I am not qualified, why you not tell me before I go there. I DRIVE ONE and HALF HOURS to here and now you tell me I am not qualified. Are you insane? Never go to this place!! RUN!!! If they act like this before you even pay any cents, what they will be like after you purchase a car from them. Think about it!!!
