wrong vehicle delivered, incorrect oil changes, unrepaired body-shop damage

I thought Tasca was gonna be good to me. It all started when I began my lease on my 2013 Mazda3. For starters, I test drove one with automatic locks. And I told my sales man I wanted the EXACT car in black. A week later after all the paperwork and credit checks, I was given a car and with manual locks. Seriously? I never got a phone call saying this or asking me if I wanted another color. Then I was told there was nothing that they could so since the paperwork was already drawn up. So I just said screw it. It's only for 3 years. I'll deal. Then someone hit me. Took it to their body shop. They installed the bumper incorrectly. And it is the off and sticking up it on the passenger side. I brought it to their attention and they just "popped" it back in. And guess what it popped itself back out. Also I was charged 20 bucks for a tire patch as I had a screw in my tire. I have paperwork from toyo saying my tires has road hazard warranty on them. Now almost 3 years later I'm at my last oil change before I return the car. I decided to go to Flood Mazda because they had a special that I couldn't pass up being someone who likes to save money. And low and behold the Tasca service center has been putting the wrong oil in my car since my first oil change. My car requires a full synthetic oil while they have just been putting in normal oil into it. When it comes time to turn in my lease and look for a new Mazda I'm gonna stick with Flood. Let me just put it this way, I'm not satisfied.
