My review is based on the incompetency of the sales department, more specifically the preowned dept and their manager. Were supposed to have a car brought to Cranston from westerly on Monday. Excuses and now it'll b there Tuesday, more excuses and no return call. I call Wednesday, leave a message for the incompetent tayla who gets back to me 3 hours later, and what do you know the car got sold. They suck and will waste your time without so much as an I'm sorry. Never again!!!
