I ordered a Ford OEM camera from Tasca. I found out the zoom feature doesn't work. I called "Ben" and not only was he unprofessional, very rude and condescending but he told me I had to take it to the dealer to have them fix it. He stated this is normal and it was up to me to know this and not up to them to have on their website because they are a very large company and have multiple manufactures they sell parts for. When I asked him about the part number on the box not matching the part number on the actual part he said that they never match ever, that the part number on the part is an engineering number (even though the sticker on my part begins with "P/N" and it was only two letters different then the number on the box. He then tells me I have to pay return shipping and restocking charges. There is no way to contact a supervisor from their website. I will NEVER purchase from these people again. Wish I would have read all of the reviews before I wasted $300.
