I ordered a part for my **** Bronco. The shipped the wrong part, not only was it wrong it was only half of the wrong part. I emailed them to correct the situation two times, no response. I used their contact us page on their website, still no response.I used PayPal to pay so I filed a complaint there and request assistance. Took multiple days for PayPal to get involved, now PayPal has got involved, and TASCA agreed to a refund once I return the wrong item, this was on June 19th. On June 20 the return was delivered back to them and as of today they have still not refunded my money. PayPal keeps changing the date to resolve the case, and TASCA is just non responsive. I gave them plenty of opportunity to just send me the correct part and I would return the wrong part (which I did, with their approval). Now I just want my money back and will never deal with them again. Please do your research before buying from TASCA, they are the worst I have ever dealt with. [object Object]
