They immediately charged my account and sent an email confirming the order. Received an email on 11/28 that they were "processing my order", last I heard from them. Have sent three emails and tried the chat section twice-no response. The order is not showing on the "order status" website. Appears to be either the worst customer service ever or a total scam.
