I ordered a part for a customer's truck 2 weeks ago. Multiple calls, and still no shipping. Lies about e-mails being sent to me explaining the delays. I have ordered the same FACTORY part from ebay, and it will be here in 3 days. I'm surprised that a company can send out lies so quickly, but not parts.
