Question regarding my ford focus Hey folks, new to the group 🖐 2016 1.5 Ecoboost Focus Red Edition I must confess I'm not the greatest when it comes to sourcing things and fixing cars. Me and my partner were on the verge of getting our new car from the garage when the salesman and his assistant performed the final valuation check he noticed my instrument cluster was compromised (I though it was just a loose wire to tell you the truth) this meant for the time being anyway the deal has stalled. Long story short they will have to source a new instrument cluster and put the cost against the valuation of my car, he had said a woman previously had traded her car in with this issue which ended up costing her £650. I have looked online for these and they seem to vary between £50-£200 (Used ones) Anyone have any idea where I find these new or perhaps how much generally what the fitting costs in terms of labour would be and any potential problems using a used one if I were to go down that road? I'm in the UK Sorry to be a pest any help would be appreciated 🙏
