Tasca Chevrolet, ********** doesn't even deserve the one star! My husband traded in his vehicle for a 2022 Silverado on Oct 1. Here we are on Nov 12 and they are still unable to provoke a title on the truck he purchased. They've repeatedly given false information, such as claiming to have sent the paperwork off to the *** to get the vehicle registered etc despite still not having title. They sold his trade in, and lied several times about paying off the loan on his trade. We know because we spoke directly to the bank about that loan. They had to provide temporary plates for his new vehicle because the allotted time to get his vehicle registered and insured expired due to their inability to provide the title. Then the temporary plates expired- STILL NO TITLE!!! So he had to go down there and get a rental. The salesman became combative when my husband insisted it be noted on the rental agreement that he's not responsible for any payments for the rental, since the vehicle he bought from them is sitting in our driveway unable to drive. We contacted ********** police who weren't able to provide much assistance because it's a civil matter, but were able to refer us to an owner of Tasca Auto. After giving the owner the information of the total chaotic, time consuming, infuriating H*** we've experienced because of this, we have some small glimmer of hope that this will be resolved but have yet to hear back. All this before his insurance is canceled on Dec 1 and he's left without a vehicle to drive legally.
