back-ordered parts, no disclosure, unresponsive to cancellation

Customer ordered parts listed as available on website; parts were actually back-ordered with no disclosure, charged without communication, and requests for updates and cancellation went unanswered.

Avoid Tasca Parts I’ve ordered some parts from them and they said some of them are back ordered. The website didn’t mention this at all, but fair enough, tell me which ones are back ordered so I can see if I can get them somewhere else, and how long the lead time is. No response. I ask for updates again a week later, no response. I ask to cancel, no response. They don’t have a number either. The supposed live chat goes nowhere. Meanwhile my card is already charged. This is as close to a scam as it gets folks, avoid like the plague.
