I was told a specific pre-owned car was on the lot so I said I would come in. When I arrived shortly thereafter the salesperson who told me this was not around and the one who did help me looked and said it was not there. I decided to see if they had anything else since I was a ready there and need a car, so he looked through their inventory and found a different pre-owned car I was interested in. He went off to look for the keys and I waited and waited and he did not reappear. I asked some other people about where he was and they said it was a big lot and he had to look for it. One of them went out to look for him, couldn't find him and took me over to the sales manager. Then it got really bad. I was admittedly a bit exasperated, told him I didn't have a lot of time and had been waiting a long time. His response "you need to be patient- you're buying a car not a hamburger." Nuff said. Clearly they did not want me for a customer, dismissed me in a way they would NEVER speak to a man. Will never cross a Tasca threshold again!
