Avoid this dealership at all costs. If the two star review is not enough to scare you away, let me tell you about my experience. I purchased a Ford Escape from Tasca, which had previously been a lease vehicle of theirs. Everything was good - until it wasn't. My car mysteriously started to die when left overnight. After a few visits and about $1,700 worth of costs, it turns out that it was a faulty after market seat heater that was installed improperly by the previous owner (Tasca Ford). Specifically the problem was that the heaters used a 20 amp fuse was put on a 10 amp circuit. When I first attempted to reach out, I was completely ignored. The woman Kayla (unsure if that's the right spelling) seemed more interested in actively not helping me than anything else. I had to call back seven times before she would engage me to understand my situation (admittedly it is unique). Four of the times I called, my call was 'answered' put immediately on hold, then transferred to their general mailbox. Two times, I had told her that I had been sent to voicemail and would appreciate speaking to a person live, but was then re-sent to the same person's extension/voicemail. I'm sure if I was looking to buy a car, I would have gotten immediate attention, but there doesn't seem to be much interest in actually standing behind the vehicles that they sell. Avoid this place if you can. They do shoddy work, and they don't seem to have the integrity to actually stand behind what they do. It's unclear how this is all going to play out, but I'll keep the review updated.
