I was forced by this site to give at least one star to this business, I would have given them a" black hole" if it was an option! My issue was specifically with the Pre- Owned Dept. After walking in although there were 3-4 employees standing around,I was completely ignored and needed to approach someone who was rude and disinterested as he grunted and pointed to another employee who was on the phone.This turned out to be the wrong person. i finally found the proper person to consult with,he was pleasant enough but was in an obvious hurry to be done with me.It was left that I would be called back promptly after several hours I called back and was promised a call back within a few minutes which actually turned into over 24 hours. I guess that they have so much business that I was not important enough to be treated with the least amount of respect. I will be spreading the word to avoid this dealership at all costs!!!!
