Two months ago our company put a downpayment on a truck and dump body. This allowed them to "order" our truck and dump body. Two months later our 2014 truck has finally come in, but the dump body has not yet been PUT TOGETHER or delivered. No one has kept us up to date on why things are running so late. We were given a delivery date, that was postponed. We booked work for the truck, only to have to delay our work for our customers. They do not call us, we have to constantly call and email them to even get an update on what is going on. Empty promises, and lies are what this company works off of. We are promised a call back and hear nothing for days. In fact, from the time of our order, we heard nothing from the team for over a month. We assumed everything was running on schedule and called to confirm delivery date, only to find out that we were no closer to getting out truck than we were a month prior. Their salesmen are bad, report that they are capable of selling a commercial truck (they aren't- you need the commercial truck guy- and even he is notoriously bad for feeding you a line of BS to get off the phone.) The sales manager is just as bad, if not worse, sweet talking up one side and down the other- sends a blank thank you card with his business card inside- can you get more insincere? We keep hoping this experience is going to improve at some point in time, but we have been nothing but disappointed. When are they going to take responsibility for their awful service? There is no excuse for this, and they have lost a customer and company for life. If you are buying a car, I have no doubt that if it is on the lot just as you want it, you'll have a great experience. If you have to special order anything, or get into the commercial side at all, steer clear.
