I recently had a less than satisfactory experience at this dealership, mainly from the salesperson Mike C. from the Mazda department. I was not taken seriously in the least bit. I had showed up with information from other dealers and was brushed off as if he could care less whether he had my business.In addition, after waiting a couple of days for a follow up call on my financing information, I was given yet another cold ended answer when I asked if it would be possible to recieve an email regarding the details obtained from running my credit. I was disappointed because this dealership had a great selection of Mazdas...but I would much rather travel elsewhere than put up with this sort of customer service again.
