Undelivered parts purchase with refused customer service

Customer charged $116.58 for auto parts over three weeks prior but never received item; Parts company refused assistance and failed to respond to multiple contact attempts via phone, chat, email, and voicemail.

I have tried to contact them about my over 3 weeks ago purchase they charged me for. Phone, online chat (waited over an hour - nothing, emailed 3 times and NOTHING !!!

Wrong part shipped, promised replacement never delivered, management unresponsive

Tasca Parts Center shipped wrong part (door strike instead of park sensor), promised replacement via chat, then ceased communication and failed to deliver replacement, refund, or follow-up for nearly 11 months.

By June 30, with no part or update from Tasca, I emailed them but got no reply. As of April 29, 2022, I've received no communication, refund, or the correct part from Tasca Parts.
