I purchased a car at Tasca recently and did not have a pleasant experience. My sales person, Orlando Castillo, was more interested in selling a car than being honest. Orlando said that he would followup with me after the sale regarding an open issue regarding a promise of a 2nd key at Tasca's expense. The 2nd key was a deal breaker for me. He never took care of it or followed up with me about it as promised. I called several times and left messages and he did not get back to me. I finally had to get in touch with the sales manager, Doug. Doug said he will honor what the sales person said and we shall see if he does..... In any case, I have spend hours of unnecessary time on what should have been a quick and easy purchase.
