I am very disappointed in the service I recently received in the Quick Lane. I went in for an oil change and left with a bill of over $1700. There were services rendered that I didn't request. John, the manager, has terrible follow up- he said he'd call me and didn't. He also told my husband he'd call him back and never did. I'll definitely make sure everyone I know is aware of the deception that took place here.
