The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stopped by ( with my kids in tow) to test drive a car I found online. I loved the car and came back that evening to put a deposit on the car. Signed papers and was told we had 7 days to finalize. Colton our 'salesman' said there was no pressure at all and to take our time deciding. We went away for the weekend and he called us Sunday night to confirm we wanted to move forward. We set an appointment for the next day to come in a buy the car. No sooner than 5 minutes after hanging up with Colton, another salesman called to tell us they were refunding the deposit and sold the car to someone else. Absolutely unacceptable. They said that Colton was wrong and didn't follow proper dealership protocol??? He didn't even have the professionalism to call us himself and apologize. Salesman like him is why used car salesman gets a bad rap. Absolutely terrible. Complete waste of time. I would not recommend.
