Traded in our Lincoln MKZ for a 2014 Ford Mustang GT and picked it up on Tuesday June 17, 2014. Everything went well and we were extremely pleased with the financial person who helped us with all the paperwork. Very thorough. Mileage on car......11MILES. our salesman, Victor, takes us outside to get us settled and go over the workings of the car. Attempts to put my husband's iPhone into the cars system. Already has another phone hooked up...JOEL'S PHONE. very strange for a new car. Victor deletes this phone but does not say a word. All set he says and we take off. We arrived home, and i notice scratches on the car. And when we got in the car it lacked that new car "smell". My husband got back into the car and noticed that the odometer read 200 MILES NOT 11MILES AS STATED ON THE PAPERWORK THAT WE SIGNED. We called Victor who informed us he would make it right with a couple if free oil changes. Really!!! On Saturday, my son comes to see the car and walked around the entire car. Shocked to see that both aluminum wheels on the driver's side are gouged and scrapped. Is this a new car? Who was driving this car around before it was sold to us as a brand new car with 11MILES ON IT?.... Could it possibly be Joel, whose cell phone was programmed into the car's system? Called Victor immediately on Saturday June 19,2014 only to be told no one here to help. Call me in Monday. This is Tasca service. Sorry state of affairs. Sally T
