Customer alleges that Tasca changed purchase-agreement terms after signing, delayed delivery over a month, brought wrong vehicle three times, required three separate paperwork signings due to claimed errors, and vehicle odometer reading increased unexpectedly.

After signing the original purchase agreement, I was shocked to find that when I returned to pick up the vehicle, they attempted to change the terms of the deal.

Customer purchased a 2016 Ford on June 1st with a critical 14-day Massachusetts interlock-registration deadline, but the dealership failed to provide title documentation timely, causing catastrophic delays and triggering insurance cancellation.

I before doing paperwork on said day notified the sales person that when I do paperwork I only have 14 days to get everything done from start to finish because I have to have interlock installed

You will NOT be satisfied!!! When you walk into their showroom in Cranston RI, it is very impressive, but that's all it is... it's for show with zero substance & zero honesty!
