Regarding my appointment March 20th I made the appointment for service for my CX50 two weeks out because that was the first available to get a loaner car. Upon arrival I was told there was no loaner and in fact they no longer offer them. I have appointments all over the state and need a vehicle. I rescheduled my first appointment and was able to get to my 11:00 so that was fine. After I was on the road, I realized my prescription sunglasses were missing from the compartment over the rear view mirror. I called to speak with Alex and got his voicemail. After 6 days I still had not heard from him so I called him on the 26th, he told me I should have read the fine print in my service contract and should not have left expensive items in the car. First off I did not get a service contract to review, and secondly my family have been loyal customers since the 70's and have never had a problem Alex told me he would have his manager get in touch with me, 6 days later, with no reply I called on Monday the 31st and left a message for him asking if he had any information, 4 days later he still has not reached out Called Thursday 3rd was told Alex was not in and left a message for his manager. Friday still no response, left another message for Alex Friday EOD I *67 called and asked for Alex and he picked up, we had a long conversation, I expressed my displeasure over no response after more than two weeks. I also mentioned that I had been holding off sending in the survey awaiting resolution, he basically said that if I were to write a bad review then I would definitely never get any consideration. I asked if these calls were recorded and he said yes so I once again asked him if he really meant I would not be helped at all if I sent a bad review, he backtracked a bit. We left it with someone would be in touch with me Monday, but no one ever called
