I am glad I am not the only one who has had a bad experience at Tasca. I thought it was me, but reading the numerous other complaints, I feel like I am not alone. I took my new Lincoln to get fixed at Tasca. When I picked it up they said everything was all set. I even asked if they checked it out to make sure, they confirmed. When I got home, the same problem was still there. I went back on a Saturday, and they did fix it, but it took hours out of my day, and the "apology" was limited at best. They seemed to suggest "well we fixed it, so isn't that good enough", except for the fact that I had to bring it back a second time and on a Saturday and take time away from my day...with no apology until I asked for one. Two take-a-ways here: Don't buy a Lincoln/Ford, and don't go to Tasca to fix it...
