I have never been more disappointed in a vehicle and a dealership ever. I purchased a brand new fully loaded 2013 Ford Edge from Tasca just over a year ago. Since purchasing this vehicle it has been back to the dealer at least 10 times for the same issue over and over with no resolve. I have had several issues with my sync system and it has several issues with the heat, navigation, radio and the center console looses all power. Additionally on three occasions the reverse camera has been stuck on no matter what I do. Even more recently it has started experiencing issues with the electronic throttle as it will be stuck in limp mode then suddenly accelerate. I have talked to service and many other things have been tried such as reprogramming, replacing the computer, resetting it and many others with no resolve. I have been told that it doesn't nothing when it is there so there is nothing anyone can do and also that Ford said it is not a safety issue so there is nothing they can so for me. Are you kidding? Having the heat turn itself on full blast in the middle of the summer and the radio switching and blasting am static full blast and not being able to do anything till you can pull over and turn the vehicle off, crawl into the drivers foot panel to struggle with tweezers to pull out a fuse and sit and wait 10 min for it to reset on the side of the highway that seems like a safety issue. I have not been able to predict when the system will do these things but have brought it to Tasca when it was stuck and showed the salesman Gordy who verified that it was really doing this. I also have issues with the drivers window when putting it up it will just stop on its own and go back down and this is not while using one touch up but rather when holding it up. I also have resorted to driving with my phone in camera mode so as to obtain pictures and video as proof of what it is doing because the dealer claims it never does it. I was able to get the video to play and showed Bruce the service manager this video. I have yet to bring the vehicle back again to look at these problems because I have spent so much time at the dealer with no resolve to these issues I feel that this would all be a guessing game and a waste of time again. At my last visit I had expressed to Jamie my utter disappointment with this vehicle and the inability to rectify a serious issue in my opinion. I did not buy a used vehicle nor a bottom of the line vehicle. I bought one of the highest model vehicles and have had nothing but issues since the beginning. I have been to the sales department to sell this vehicle outright, had my vehicle looked at but never heard back from anyone despite numerous calls. My final message to the sales manager was if I did not hear back from either of them by the end of business then I would assume that was there way of telling me that they were not interested in my business and did not care if I ever returned. Still to this day I have not received a call back from them. Jamie had advised me that by them not calling back it meant they weren't interested. I was utterly amazed that this was the answer I received from the customer service representative of Tasca. I have also sent 2 separate emails requesting to speak to either Bob Tasca III or Carl Tasca Jr. neither of which have ever been responded to except by Jamie who advised me that the dealership has done everything they could to help and all I can do is keep bringing it back till they can figure it out and finally fix it. My opinion is that this will just continue to the point that the vehicle is no longer under warranty and it becomes my problem. OVERALL SCORE - 0 communication - 0 knowledge - 0 customer service
