Customer alleges that Tasca changed purchase-agreement terms after signing, delayed delivery over a month, brought wrong vehicle three times, required three separate paperwork signings due to claimed errors, and vehicle odometer reading increased unexpectedly.

After signing the original purchase agreement, I was shocked to find that when I returned to pick up the vehicle, they attempted to change the terms of the deal.

Unresolved sync and throttle defects post-warranty, family escalation refused

Customer with persistent sync, heating, and electronic throttle defects in new 2013 Ford Edge received 10+ unresolved service visits and family-member rebuff when escalating to Bob Tasca III and Carl Tasca Jr.

Since purchasing this vehicle it has been back to the dealer at least 10 times for the same issue over and over with no resolve.

recurring service failure and inadequate apology

When I picked it up they said everything was all set. I even asked if they checked it out to make sure, they confirmed. When I got home, the same problem was still there.

door chime repair failure, diagnostic fee dispute

Customer's door chime repair was not fixed after 6 days in service, diagnostics fee was charged despite warranty coverage, and staff member was rude and unprofessional.

Mike kept my car for 6 days and didn't fix my door chime issue.
