Came in just after noon on a Friday. Knew exactly which car we wanted. Just had to negotiate a trade in and be on our way with the car we came for. Well imagine my surprise when the poor child who has been on the job for month advised us that it's nearly impossible for them to accept anything of the amount required without a cashiers check. Debit, credit, personal check are all limited to like $2k. At 2pm on a Friday good luck getting the bank done and then back again. Or, you can finance but that will take two hours. Mind you, nobody was shopping for cars. We were the only buyers and two hours is the estimated wait time? After my aneurysm I sent him back to verify the two hours wait and it turns out they are all available. Matt Cabral is the General Manager and needs to know how difficult it is to give his company our money. Ultimately the leader has to account for policy and training. This store failed the only chance they will ever get from me. Just because it's Friday doesn't mean we just stop delivering customer focused, conscientious service.
