My experience buying a car with Tasca had been a pain in the ass. Bought a used car and was promised a new battery and thorough buff job to get the dings and scratches out. When I picked it up the sales guy said he thinks they put in a new battery. They didn't even touch the outside of the car and when I opened the hood and saw the old battery. I live about 40 min away and had to call them at least 5 times a day to set up a time for them to finish what they promised. Finally I got a hold of the sales guy who said bring it in on Saturday and they can do what they can. I drove back for the fifth time wasting half a Saturday and they can't even buff it on the weekend is what I found out after getting there. I sit and wait for the battery to be swapped and the sales people are saying they are guessing what kind of battery to put in. Wow I am so confident now. I now will have to waste another day of my life driving and waiting. They did not go above and beyond at all. Seems like they are putting me off until I just give up. I will not be buying a car here ever again.
