The car was certified pre-owned according to their advertisement. The car had scratches along both sides. I was promised the scratches would be buffed out completely.

You will NOT be satisfied!!! When you walk into their showroom in Cranston RI, it is very impressive, but that's all it is... it's for show with zero substance & zero honesty!

Tasca Parts Center shipped wrong part (door strike instead of park sensor), promised replacement via chat, then ceased communication and failed to deliver replacement, refund, or follow-up for nearly 11 months.

By June 30, with no part or update from Tasca, I emailed them but got no reply. As of April 29, 2022, I've received no communication, refund, or the correct part from Tasca Parts.

Customer ordered a Chrysler Pacifica radio bezel from Tasca Parts, received item bent in three places due to improper packaging in undersized box, and after filing initial complaint on 3/16, company failed to follow through on promised resolution and has not provided return shipping label.

Upon receipt I disappointedly discovered my item was damaged. The item was a radio bezel for a Chrysler Pacifica. I opened the package to discover the item bent in 3 places apparently in order to fit in the box, which was obviously too small for the part.
