went in for simple oil change got my explorer back with chipped paint over door and scratch on bumper of course they dind even tell me ,i called one owner all she did was protect kid that worked on it ,finally she told me to bring to body shop .some guy came out with touch up kit . was 32 degrees that day did terrible touch up ,3 weeks later paint came off . got charged for oil change to, nice place
