Beware if you bring your vehicle in for service! Brought in my 2015 F150 for a sunroof repair (for the 3rd time). We picked the truck up after it being at the dealership for 5 days to find damage to the passenger door. We are not talking a minor ding here, the paint was literally ground down to the metal! The, rude and condescending, service manager , David Mooney, after referring to me as his "buddy" basically told stated that it didn't happen at the dealership and we were lying. We we suggested that it may have happened the car wash, he responded that we created an "elaborate story." We take meticulous care of the truck as it is not a daily driver. Our suggestion if you visit Tasca for repairs is not to or if you must have someone inspect your car upon drop off and pick up.
