After someone had hit me in the passenger side of my 2014 mazda3, I had brought my car back to Tasca to have it repaired. After waiting two and a half months for "a part on national back order" I went to go pick up my car. Upon inspecting my car, I had noticed that the repairs were not completed up to par. I brought my car back the same day. I spoke to multiple people, and was promised to have the repairs to my completed... again. One of the managers who I have spoken to twice now has both times gotten into a screaming match with my father, which in any setting is completely unprofessional for a customer service representative. I was also promised a meeting with one of the Tasca's but "they cannot be reached" apparently. Overall my experience buying my first new car has been terrible and it feels like I'm not taken seriously, and being taken advantage of. This needs to be fixed and the appropriate measures should be taken to correct the horrendous customer service that this company has shown me thus far. And I'm still seeking to speak to one of the owners to discuss how this all happened.
