I would leave 0 stars if possible. Stay far away from this company. I needed a water pump for my 03 Ford Expedition and found on on this website. It was too good to be true. A motorcraft brand for $20 plus $15 shipped. Unfortunately, I could never get anyone on a phone line to find the reason for delay. This company has gone exclusively to live online customer service which takes forever to chat with someone. It's been over 2 weeks. I previously emailed with no response. Look elsewhere for your parts. In the past these guys where great. Not anymore. Order #1838891.
