This was my first experience with any Tasca dealership. I can only speak regarding my experience with the Service Department. I can honestly say Satisfaction was not guaranteed in my case. I found the mere act of returning a phone call when I left a message to check on the status of my vehicle was too much to ask for. My vehicle was there for repairs covered under my extended warranty and I was told how much extra work it was to have to deal with Car Shield and how difficult they were to deal with. I felt like I was creating extra work for the service person with my business. My vehicle was there for longer than I ever imagined and was not ready on the day I was told it would be. From the first day I left my vehicle, I had inquired about a courtesy vehicle from your lot to use while my repairs were being carried out and I was told ¨we aren't sure there is even a vehicle available on our lot for you.¨ Car Shield covered the first 7 days of my rental and I was stuck paying over $500 for the remainder of the rental for the second week I had it. I am very upset about this and do not feel like my experience was smooth or pleasant. I was also left in limbo after the customer service person I had been dealing with went on vacation and I no longer had a contact person to speak to when I tried checking on the status of my vehicle´s repairs. I can honestly say I would never bring my vehicle to you ever again for any repairs and I would also never come to you when looking to lease/purchase my next vehicle.
