I have been through a lot at Tasca over the past year and Still have no resolve. My first visit there was lengthy and about 6 hours not because I didn't know what I wanted but the process just took forever. I was mislead by an advertisement for something they did not have. Finally got the vehicle that I wanted a 2013 Ford Edge that I love soooo much. However this vehicle has left me stranded im any times and been unreliable. It has been to the service department several times and the sync issues have yet to be resolved. I have returned to the dealership again with the entire screen frozen to show them as the answer always seems to be that it doesn't do it when it is there. Mind you the sync system is not just the radio but also the main gps unit and means of controlling the heat or air conditioning in this vehicle. Upon my latest visit I was ignored in the service department for over 15 min so I proceeded to the sales dept where Gordy came out to help and was amazing. I was referred to see the sales manager Tony and explain the situation. Long and short I had enough of this vehicle it's issues and in my opinion unexplainable situation and just wanted out of this car. Well To y talked to me and sent me off to another salesman who treated my issues like I was a pauper and tried to get me to trade in this truck for less than half it's value towards a way lesser car....after all I could never afford leather....and at a much higher interest rate....all this after 3 hours of waiting around....are you kidding me. So I left there more agitated then I came in. So now I get intouch with ford and the higher ups in the company and now we are gonna continue to try to add in more reprogramming in hopes to possibly remedy the problem that was supposed to be remedied before. Uggghhhh so I am hopeful that after a year of issues with this vehicle that perhaps this programming will finally be enough to fix these problems. Meanwhile I continue to pay all the money for a vehicle who's selling features such as Bluetooth navigation and such are still not even functioning.
