This place has zero customer service skills. I've been leaving voicemail after voicemail for Jamie then a Patty and now A site executive manager and they have all failed to contact me in regards to my issue with my purchase. I'm sure they would have contact me ASAP had this been about a new purchase but they just don't want to deal with old news. Either way they are just unprofessional and careless .......
