I tried their "live chat" which isn't live but instead sends them an email... no reply.

Placed an online order on 1-15-24 through their website for 2 car parts. Order receipt by email on 1-15-24 and another confirmation received on 1-16-24 which said a follow-up email would be sent about shipping. My bank account was charged $115.74 which included shipping charges on 1-16-24. After waiting 4 days for the shipping email I checked their site to see the order status but when entering my email and order number supplied by Tasca, I got this message: There was an Error - Select a Car. I tried that and also reentering the order number multiple times without success. I tried their "live chat" which isn't live but instead sends them an email. I sent the chat email, but no reply. I tried again 3 days later and still the same thing. There's no other way listed on their site to contact them. I've reported them to my bank to dispute the charges. Do not do business with this company. You will get ripped off.
