Take your car to get fixed anywhere but this place. More than a month in advance, I scheduled an appointment to finally get my van looked at. The appointment was scheduled for five days ago so I brought my van to them and figured theyd start working on it soon. Today I call for an update, and they tell me they plan on looking at it later TODAY. FIVE days after it was dropped off, its still sitting in the parking lot untouched. When it brought it in on Monday they told me have it there by 9am sharp so they could start working on it. I called earlier in the week and left a bunch of voicemails but never received a single call back. When I called today and finally got the manager on phone, he asks if I want to reschedule?! The audacity. This dealership is useless, they do not care about customers whatsoever and run on their own schedule. They are liars, do not do business with them.
