Dishonest and Unprofessional Practices I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Tusca Toyota Express. a staff member falsely submitted paperwork claiming that I wanted to voluntarily surrender (repo) my car, which is completely untrue. I went to Toyota to discuss my options because my car was damaged. I never requested, agreed, or signed for that, and it's unacceptable for a dealership to submit paperwork about my intentions or financial situation. My car was scheduled to be picked up the day I found out. I trusted this dealership to be honest and professional, but instead, I was misrepresented which could of had serious consequences for my credit and livelihood. When I confronted the dealership I was told my car was being repoed because I was behind on my payment, which was completely untrue. I was advised to call Toyota financials who informed me that a manger had submitted the paperwork the day before. To add insult to injury Toyota Financials would not tell me the name of the manager, or give me a copy of the paperwork, and no one had answers for me. I strongly caution anyone especially women considering doing business with Tusca Toyota Express. Transparency and integrity should be the foundation of any dealership, and unfortunately, I did not find that there.
